Das WG- Zimmer liegt gegenüber von der Technischen Universität Hamburg Harburg mit nur einer Entfernung von 160m. Bushaltestellen, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegen in Sichtweite, das Harburger Rathaus/ Zentrum und die S Bahn liegen 2 Bushaltestellen entfernt und sind somit auch innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Verkehrsanbindung an die Hamburger City ist ausgezeichnet. Vom Harburger S-Bahnhof, der gleich neben dem Fernbahnhof liegt, braucht man 14 Minuten bis zum Hamburger Hauptbahnhof. Auch die Autobahnen A 1, A 7, A 255, A 261, und die Bundesstraßen B 4, B 73 und 75 sind schnell erreichbar, bzw. haben Ab – und Auffahrten im Bezirk Harburg. Das Zimmer ist ca. 12 m2 groß inkl. Balkon, der Balkon von ca. 3 m2 ist zum Garten hin ausgerichtet. Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 weitere WG- Zimmer.
