Chic apartment in the Belgian Quarter The 37 sqm apartment is modern and comfortable furnished. There is a new kingsize bed (1,80 m x 2m). It has a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker and a kettle. It has a small bath with a shower. Towels and bed linings are provided. A TV and free WiFi are included. We also offer an optional extra cleaning, bed linen and towel service for € 66,00 per week. The Belgian quarter is situated in the heart of Cologne. The apartment enjoys an excellent location for both business travellers and holiday makers. This ideal location offers convenient access to Colognes best shopping and entertainment spots, including the world-renowned Dom, just 10 minutes away by train. You can also experience the culture of Cologne from the traditional breweries to exquisite restaurants. (Subway station: Friesenplatz) City-Tax: since 01.12.2014, the City of Cologne has levied a cultural subsidy tax (bed tax) amounting to 5% of the rent. Das Viertel bietet in unmittelbarer Nähe alles was man von Köln erwarten kann: vom traditionellen Brauhaus und exquisiten Restaurants bis zu Scenebars und Nachtclubs. Vom Friesenplatz gehen U-Bahnlinien zu allen Zielen. Der Hauptbahnhof am Dom ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten zu erreichen.
