The beautiful 28m2 living- and bedroom consists on the one side of a cozy living area with a chic sofa, which can also be used as a guest bed, a TV corner with a 42-inch flat screen and a desk. On the other side of the room is the sleeping area with a large bed (140x200) and a spacious wardrobe. In the separate fully equipped new kitchen you find a dining table for up to 6 people. The high-quality bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower and a washing machine with dryer. Storage space can be found in the built-in wardrobes in the hallway, the large wardrobe and in the lockable basement room. The nice wine shop "Kleefisch" on the corner offers wine and whiskey tastings on the weekends, the "Kulturkirche Cologne" with great concerts is close by, the food and flea market on Wilhelmplatz opens 6 days a week, many bars and restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity, as well as the Neusser Straße with its many shops for daily needs, banks and shopping make Nippes to one of the most attractive and hippest (hidden) of Cologne. The Nippeser Tälchen park is a highlight for those who love the outdoors. There is even a playground with fountains for children to play in. If you walk through the Nippeser valley in fine weather, stop off for a cold drink in the beer garden or enjoy a picnic on the lush greenery, it has something of a rural idyll.
