ABOUT THE HOUSE The house is a historic charming house of the floors, with a nice garden. Total surface of 350 sqm, and has a garden bike storage, cellar, laundry, little fitness room and party room. On the second and third floor of the house are located this duplex apartment with a surface area of 180 sqm, 6 double rooms (surface from 12 to 25 sqm) 2 bathrooms Kitchen Terrace of 27 sqm. Common areas: Basement Laundry Litte fitness room Party room. ROOM 10 : 20 sqm. Located upstairs (third floor) the room is fully furnished with a double bed, mattress, bedding, wardrobe, towels, desk, lamps, shelves, side tables, bedside table, armchair, internet, door lock, central heating, ready to use. Sam The price includes heating, chimney sweep, warm/cold water, property tax of the city of Bonn, garbage fees, GEZ (TV tax), a flat rate for internet via wireless LAN (WLAN), and maintenance and repair services. The deposit refundable at the end of the stay. OTHERS We make a contract with an option to do the register ("Anmeldung" at the city council). For contracts with a minimum stay of 3 months. A virtual tour/photos 360 degrees, is also possible. The contract is fortnightly.
