All the rooms are fully furnished with a double bed, mattress, bedding, wardrobe, towels, desk, lamps, shelves, side tables, bedside table, armchair, internet, door lock, central heating, ready to use. The surface area of 180 sqm, apartment with 2 floors, 6 double rooms (surface from 11 to 25 sqm) 2 bathrooms Kitchen Terrace of 27 sqm Basement Laundry Wifi internet Litte fitness room Patio ROOM 05 : 25 sqm . Located on the second floor of the house. This price includes heating, chimney sweep, warm / cold water, property tax of the city of Bonn, garbage fees, GEZ (TV tax) , flat rate for internet via wireless LAN (WLAN) and repair and maintenance services. Deposit refundable at the end of the stay. OTHERS We make a contract with an option to do the register ("Anmeldung" at the city council). For contracts with a minimum stay of 3 months.
