Through this website and given the high cost of commission for the use of this service, we can only accept requests for stays longer than 3 months. OUR PROFILE We designed a place for a new environment created for students, young professionals/interns, who want to spend a season in a beautiful WG in Beuel, specially made for you. ABOUT THE APARTMENT The building is a historic charming house with a nice garden. All the rooms are fully furnished (all new) with a double bed, mattress, bedding, wardrobe, towels, desk, lamps, shelves, side tables, bedside table, armchair, internet, door lock, central heating, ready to use. The surface area of 180 sqm, apartment with 2 floors, 6 double rooms (surface from 9 to 25m2) 2 bathrooms Kitchen Terrace of 27 sqm Basement Laundry Wifi internet Litte fitness room Patio ROOM 07 : 9 sqm. Located on the second floor of the house. The price includes heating, chimney sweep, warm/cold water, property tax of the city of Bonn, garbage fees, GEZ (TV tax), a flat rate for the internet via wireless LAN (WLAN), and Hausmeister services. The deposit is refundable at the end of the stay. OTHERS We make a contract with an option to do the register ("Anmeldung" at the city council). For contracts with a minimum stay of 3 months.
