ABOUT THE HOUSE This heritage house located in Beuel has 350 sqm in total. The property has a nice garden, laundry, basement, party room, and a little fitness room. (shared) Apartment 4 Located on the ground floor, it is a very independent apartment. Space has 30 sqm (room+ hall+ bathroom+ attic+corridor) and is fully furnished with a nice kitchen, a double bed (in the attic +-1m height) and a bathroom. Please see the floor plan. It has independent access through the courtyard a direct connection to the garden and fitness room. It is fully furnished with a mattress of 1.40 x 200, bedding, 2 wardrobe, towels, desk, lamps, shelves, side tables, bedside table, commode, armchair, door lock, and central heating. OTHERS We make a contract with an option to do the register ("Anmeldung" at the city council). For contracts with a minimum stay of 3 months.
