Das WG- Zimmer liegt gegenüber von der Technischen Universität Hamburg Harburg mit nur einer Entfernung von 160m. Bushaltestellen, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegen in Sichtweite, das Harburger Rathaus/ Zentrum und die S Bahn liegen 2 Bushaltestellen entfernt und sind somit auch innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Verkehrsanbindung an die Hamburger City ist ausgezeichnet. Vom Harburger S-Bahnhof, der gleich neben dem Fernbahnhof liegt, braucht man 14 Minuten bis zum Hamburger Hauptbahnhof. Auch die Autobahnen A 1, A 7, A 255, A 261, und die Bundesstraßen B 4, B 73 und 75 sind schnell erreichbar, bzw. haben Ab – und Auffahrten im Bezirk Harburg. Das Zimmer ist ca. 14 m2 groß inkl. Balkon, der Balkon hat eine Größe von ca. 3,5 m2 und ist nach Süd- Ost ausgerichtet. Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 weitere WG- Zimmer. Die Wohnung wurde im Sommer 2022 renoviert und es wurde eine neue Küche mit Induktionskochfeld eingebaut. Geschirr und das passende Kochgeschirr sowie eine Mikrowelle gehören zur Ausstattung dazu. Das zu vermietende Zimmer wurde ebenfalls letzten Sommer renoviert und mit neuen Möbeln ausgestattet. The room is located opposite of the Technical University of Hamburg Harburg with a distance of only 160m. Bus stops, restaurants , the Harburg City Hall / center and the S-Bahn are 2 bus stops away and are therefore also within a few minutes walking distance. The transport connection to the city of Hamburg is excellent. From the Harburg S-Bahn station, which is right next to the long-distance train station, it takes 14 minutes to get to Hamburg's main train station. The freeways A 1, A 7, A 255, A 261, and the federal highways B 4, B 73 and B 75 can also be reached quickly and have exits and entrances in the district of Harburg. The room is about 14 m2 incl. balcony, the balcony is about 3.5 m2 and is oriented to the south-east. The apartment has 2 other rooms which are rented. The apartment was renovated last summer 2022 and a new kitchen with induction hob was installed. Tableware and matching cookware and a microwave are part of the equipment. The room for rent was also renovated last summer and equipped with new furniture.
