The bright, spacious 3-room apartment with 3 balconies and a bathroom is located in a quiet green cul-de-sac as part of a residential building with a large private park with usage rights only for residents. On request, underground parking spaces can be rented, otherwise there are enough parking spaces in front of the house and in the surrounding area. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped. The washing machine is in the laundry room in the basement. There is also a bicycle cellar available for bicycle owners. A long, quiet avenue runs by the house and is ideal for sports. Despite the quiet location, there are some shopping opportunities such as a pharmacy, café, bakery, a travel agency, some supermarkets and a drugstore within walking distance, as well as an S-Bahn station (approx. 800m) and some bus lines. Die helle großzügig geschnittene 3 Zimmer-Wohnung mit 3 Balkonen und einem Bad-Badezimmer befindet sich in einer ruhigen grünen Sackgasse als Teil eines Wohngebäudes mit einem größerem Privatpark mit Nutzungsrecht nur für Einwohner. Auf Wunsch können Tiefgaragenparkplätze dazu gemietet werden, ansonsten sind genügend Parkplätze vor dem Haus und in der Umgebung vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und eingerichtet. Die Waschmaschine befindet sich in der Waschküche im Kellergeschoss. Es steht auch ein Fahrradkeller zur Verfügung für Fahrrad-Besitzer. Am Haus verläuft eine lange ruhige Allee, die zum Sport einlädt.
