The extras of very strong internet, electricity, heating and water consumption are included in the monthly rent - no hidden or additional costs. The modern apartment is furnished. In the personal room we provide new duvet, pillow, mattress protector, bed sheet, bed linen and a towel. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with pots and pans, crockery, cutlery, knives, kitchen utensils, cups, glasses and chopping boards. For your convenience the kitchen provides a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a fridge with a freezer compartment and a stove with an oven. Finally you will also find a washing machine in the apartment. Please be aware once the booking has been done on the booking plattform we will send you the contract documents.
