Self-contained and fully furnished apartment completely fitted out with a large bed and mattress, desk and chair, whiteboard, bar table and stool, kitchenette with twin ceramic hobs, a microwave-grill-combination, sink and fridge-freezer, a spacious ensuite bathroom together with plenty of fitted storage cupboards, shelving, wardrobes as well as a mirror and lighting throughout. It is located very centrally in the Gallus district near the central station. From there you can reach every university in Frankfurt and after studying you’ll find things to do – all in walking distance. - What's included All-inclusive rent That’s water, electricity and gas included – and also WiFi. We want things to be as easy as possible for you. - High-speed broadband and Wi-Fi We offer you 40 MB broadband and WiFi included in your rent for several devices at the same time. - Bathroom Every apartment has its own modern en-suite bathroom, with shower, washbasin and toilet. - Laundry facilities on-site Washing machines and dryers are on-site as and when you need them (chargeable). - Secure bike storage facilities We offer you safe storage facilities for your bike. - Secure parcel storage You have your own mailbox for your letters and our residence team in the Management Office are happy to accept your parcels. - Roof terrace Enjoy the views from our roof terrace while tackling that revision or assignment. - Courtyard with green areas There is a courtyard with green areas for you and your friends to use. - Social spaces Spacious and well-equipped common rooms as well as study areas welcome you and your friends at any time of the day. - On-site service team A member of our team is available during office hours. A 150 EUR administration fee will be due before Move in We are renting only to students! Before a booking is confirmed from our side we will need a picture of a valid photo ID, a picture of a valid Visa for entry into Germany and a picture / upload of the “Immatrikulationsbescheinigung / student registration” For rental contracts of less than 6 months, the currently valid VAT of 7% will be added to the normal rental price. This will increase the rental price.
