Charming room in Cologne Buchheim. Welcome to our friendly flat on the "schäl Sick". Our flat is situated in a green area, very well connected to local and long-distance traffic. From here you can reach the city centre with Cologne's landmarks in a few minutes by bus, S-Bahn, tram and e-bike. It is only 4 stops to the trade fair. Shopping facilities, sports and recreation facilities, E Bike station are all within walking distance. You will occupy a bright room with bed, desk, wardrobe, dining table with chairs, additional cupboard, armchair, micro wave,cooking facilities, complete with crockery and everything you need to prepare small meals, small coffee machine and small fridge. wifi The use of the washing machine is possible for a fee. The flat has 86 sqm, which you share partly (bathroom, toilet and hallway) with me and my little cat, but you have your own room. As well as your own cooking facilities with small fridge and appropriate accessories, such as pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, etc.. The flat is located in the up-and-coming trendy district of Mülheim/( a very good infrastructure with shops for every need, varied gastronomy ,nightlife, very good sports facilities. 250m to Kaufland (open until 22:00H) 150m to Netto (open until 22:00) Bakeries in the immediate vicinity. Parking with electric charging station in front of the house. Within walking distance you have a very good connection to the public transport: 50m tram stop line 3 to the fair( only 4 stops) and city centre. 50m bus stop line 151,152,153. 250m S-Bahn station Mülheim,E Bike Station. 100m motorway junction A3/A4 ( airport). Please note, I only accept bookings from individuals. The flat is big but would get too crowded with more people, if you consider that I live there too. You can have friends over for a few hours if you arrange it with me well in advance please, but no overnight guests allowed. Unsere Wohnung liegt ,sehr gut angebunden an den Nah- und Fernverkehr, im Grünen . Von hier aus erreichen Sie die Innenstadt mit Kölner Wahrzeichen in wenigen Minuten mit Bus ,SBahn oder Strassenbahn Die Benutzung der Waschmaschine ist gebührenpflichtig möglich. Die Wohnung hat 86 qm , die Sie sich teilweise (Bad,Toilette und Flur)mit mir und meinem kleinen Kater teilen, haben aber Ihr eigenes Zimmer. Sowie ihre eigene Kochmöglichkeit mit kleinem Kühlschrank,Microwelle und entsprechendem Zubehör,wie Töpfe ,Pfanne ,Geschirr,Besteck etc., Das Zimmer ist abschliessbar. Die Heizung ist in den Sommermonaten abgeschaltet Die Wohnung liegt im aufstrebenden Szeneviertel Mülheim/( eine sehr gute Infrastruktur mit Geschäften für jeden Bedarf, abwechslungsreicher Gastronomie ,Nachtleben, sehr gute Sportmöglichkeiten. 250m bis zum Kaufland ( Geöffnet bis 22:00H) 150m bis zum Netto( Geöffnet bis 22:00H) Bäckereien in unmittelbarer Nähe. Parkmöglichkeit mit E Ladestation vor dem Haus. In fußläufiger Nähe haben Sie eine sehr gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr: 50m Strassenbahnhaltestelle Linie 3 zur Messe( nur 4 Stationen) und Innenstadt. 50m Bushaltestelle Linie 151,152,153. 250m S Bahn Bahnhof Mülheim,E Bike Station. 100 m Autobahnanschluss A3/A4 ( Flughafen) Bitte beachten Sie, ich akzeptiere nur Buchungen von Einzelpersonen. Die Wohnung ist zwar groß, aber würde mit mehr Personen zu voll werde9n, wenn Sie bedenken, daß ich dort auch wohne. Sie können Freunde für ein paar Stunden bei mir haben, wenn Sie das vorher bitte rechtzeitig mit mir absprechen, aber keine Übernachtungsgäste erlaubt.
