Quiet family idyll in the green north of Berlin We rent our large, bright apartment in beautiful Lübars (Reinickendorf) with good connections to public transport. The approx. 128 m2 maisonette apartment is located at Öschelbronner Weg 23, on the corner of Wittenauer Straße. It has a total of 5 rooms and 2 bathrooms. The maisonette apartment has two entrance doors, one on the 1st floor (upper floor) and another on the top floor (attic). The combination of a newly renovated, open kitchen and spacious living-dining area on the 1st floor invites you to a cozy get-together. The living room has direct access to the sunny balcony. On the 1st floor there is also another room that can be used in many ways, as well as a bathtub. The spiral staircase in the living-dining area leads to the attic. There the gallery opens up, where you can sit comfortably on the couch and watch the clouds pass by through the skylight. From here you have access to two spacious rooms that can be used as bedrooms or children's rooms.
