The flat provides everything what is necessary for the guests: washer, dishwasher, internet (WIFI), full equipped kitchen and big balcony. Please note that there is a one time cleaning fee of 210 Euros It’s mandatory to have a valid personal liability insurance for the tenants during the stay.
