Our house is open just for womens students and young professionals. You will share common areas while having your own room to study or work. We have a very comfortable and quite house near Memmingen Airport, just 13km and 4 minutes far from the Autobahn. We offer ours bedrooms inside our house to a responsible person. We share the kitchen, bathroom, tv room. Our house is 300m far from the forest and our 4 cats would like to play with you in our garden.(they stay all the day int he forest and just come home to sleep). Our neighborhood is residential, so you will find mothers with children and dogs on the street walking. Within 5 minutes walk you will find a bakery and a mini market and a chocolate factory which is 15 minutes walk away. Our house is located 5 minutes walk from the city bus station and about 10 minutes by bus or car to the city center of Memminguen. (bus 965) which goes directly to the train station of Memminguen (station ZOB Steig 7). Keep in mind that it is not a central location, and getting to the center and back sometimes takes some time. I will cook for you our basisc food, and the price from your month, is included basic food.
