Hello, I am renting my beautiful apartment. It is located at the edge of Schöneberg towards Tiergarten. This is one of the best locations you can get in Berlin. It is one of the safest and most beautiful areas in Berlin. From the apartment, you can reach the subway within 5 min walking as well supermarkets are within 5 min walking. The area has nice bars, restaurants all around. The KDW ( Kaufhaus des Westens) is within 10 min walking. The apartment is fully furnished and registration is possible. As well washing machine, Dishwasher, etc is in the apartment. You only have to arrive with your suitcase and have everything in the apartment. I am searching for someone who would stay in the apartment for at least 6 months. If you want to secure this apartment please send me a copy of your ID and a proof of income. You need to earn at least 2000 Euros. If you are a student would need a guarantee from your parents.
