Furthermore the apartment offers possibility to telephone, glass fiber internet connection, cable TV . Common washing and drying machine in the basement. Located in a quiet TOP location, just in the middle of the old town, the property come with a great connection to the S/U-Marienplatz or Isartor and you can find lots of different stores, pharmacies and doctors within walking distance. Please note that the monthly rent is excluding utilities (water, electricity, and internet). Stock (kein Aufzug, aber freies Training :D) Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche, einem Essbereich und einer gemütlichen Couch ausgestattet. Das Schlafzimmer bietet ein bequemes Doppelbett und ein separates Einzelbett. Das Badezimmer hat eine Dusche und eine Toilette. Außerdem bietet die Wohnung die Möglichkeit zum Telefonieren, Glasfaser-Internetanschluss, Kabelfernsehen . Gemeinsame Wasch- und Trockenmaschine im Untergeschoss.
