Die Anbindung ist super. Von der 200 Meter entfernten S-Bahn-Haltestelle Baumschulenweg geht es nach ganz Berlin, meistens sogar ohne umsteigen. Ostkreuz und Neukölln z.B. in 8 Minuten.

Da unsere Wohnung aber an einer vielbefahrenen Strasse liegt, ist es eher nichts für geräuschempfindliche Personen.
Es kann auch im Sommer ziemlich heiss werden, da wir im 3. Stock sind und die Sonne auf die grossen Altbaufenster scheint.
Allerdings sind die Fenster mit Vorhängen ausgestattet und im Zimmer befindet sich ein sehr guter Ventilator mit fast geräuschlosem Nachtmodus.
Die anderen Zimmer, die mitbenutzt werden, Küche und Badezimmer , liegen zum ruhigen und kühlen, grünen Hinterhof, in dem man im Sommer auch sitzen kann.
