Mit einer Größe von 60 qm, bietet die Wohnung genug Freiraum und Privatsphäre, da die Zimmer voneinander durch den Flur bzw. der Küche getrennt liegen. Die Wohnküche ist sozusagen der Treffpunkt.
Bad und WC sind optimaler weise getrennt auf dem Flur.

Das Zimmer geht zum Garten raus, ist also entsprechend ruhig. Es ist teilmöbliert. Für deine eigene Nutzung stehen dir (inkl. Bad) 20qm zur Verfügung. Das Zimmer sowie die gesamte Wohnung wurden vor 3 Jahren renoviert. Der Fußboden ist ein heller Vinylboden. Die große Wohnküche, die du natürlich mitbenutzt, ist auf der Etage.
