Saubere Gemeinschaftsbereiche (Küche, Bad etc.) und eine entspannte Atmosphäre sind uns besonders wichtig! Unter der Woche sollte es 22 Uhr ruhig werden. Ab und an sitzen und/oder grillen wir gemeinsam auf der Terrasse - grundsätzlich macht allerdings eher jeder "sein Ding".

Man ist zwar ein wenig außerhalb aber die U72 bleibt direkt beim Haus stehen (3 Gehminuten). Mit der man ohne Umsteigen in die Stadt kommt in 20min. Ein Rewe, Lidl und Netto sind ebensfalls paar Stationen entfernt. Ein Kioks und eine Tankstelle sind ums Eck.|WG-Leben:Die WG besteht aus Nico (berufstätig), Luca (Student) sowie Laura (Studentin)y
Mal macht man mehr miteinander mal weniger. Es muss nicht oft was unternommen werden, aber ab und zu Mal was außerhalb der WG Räume zu machen, wäre toll!
